Ingredients
Lotus Seeds (莲子), Poria (茯苓), Semen Euryales (芡实), Chinese Yam (准山), Dried longan (元肉).
Serving Portion:
3 - 4 servings.
Cooking Steps:
1. Rinse all the herbals under water.
2. Add 1500 - 2000ml water.
3. Add chicken/ pork ribs (Recommend using Chicken).
4. After the water boiled, turn to small fire and simmer for 1 - 1.5 hours.
5. Turning off the fire, add in goji berries and simmer for 5 - 10 minutes.
6. You may add some salt, based on your own preference.
烹煮方式:
1. 材料用水冲洗干净
2. 加入 1500 - 2000ml 的水
3. 加入川烫好的鸡腿肉/排骨肉（鸡肉会比排骨肉好喝）
4. 大火将水煮沸后，小火焖煮 1 至 1小时半
5. 熄火后，加入枸杞子，再焖 5-10 分钟
6. 可依据个人喜好加入些盐巴调味
